For all shoes already premade and listed they will ship the same or next day! For shoes that are custom ordered most shoes ship out within 7-21 days if not sooner!! If I have a large quantity of orders if can possible extend to 3-4 weeks!

No refund on custom items...some exchanges are available ...discretion upon review! ((Size matters as well as the popularity of item to guarantee resale!)) Shoes can run big for some especially adults please verify your size before ordering!!!!

Any refunds allowed not at fault of seller, will result in return shipping to be paid by buyer as well as 15% restock fee.
